The company is led by an operations expert and a licensed General Contractor and Electrician with 15+ years of experience across residential, commercial, institutional, and government projects — with direct responsibility for permitting, inspections, and multi-trade coordination from pre-construction through closeout.

GC Launchpad maintains active SAM.gov registration and is pursuing federal, state, and local set-aside certifications as a women-owned small business. The compliance infrastructure — including contract structure, documentation standards, and payment controls — is built to meet audit and regulatory requirements across private and government work.

The foundation of everything GC Launchpad does. As the licensed general contractor of record, we provide structured oversight for builders operating in our program — scope approval, milestone verification, permit coordination, and a complete documentation trail that satisfies DBPR standards and holds up under government audit. For commercial and government projects, we serve as the GC of record directly.
