GC Launchpad is a licensed Florida General Contractor that provides oversight, permitting, and compliance services to experienced construction professionals looking to work legally in Florida while building toward their own GC license. We assume full responsibility for permitting and compliance with DBPR regulations and applicable Florida construction law for projects under our supervision.

3. Eligibility

To participate in our Pilot Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have relevant construction experience
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application
• Meet all requirements set forth by the licensed General Contractor
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Participation in the Pilot Program may involve fees as outlined in our pricing structure. All fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be clearly communicated before you commit to any services. Specific fee arrangements are subject to the agreement between you and the licensed General Contractor.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GC Launchpad or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will be accepted into the Pilot Program, that you will find suitable projects, or that you will obtain a Florida GC license through participation in our program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GC Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GC Launchpad, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
