Multi-Project Builders — $1M–$2M Projected Annual Revenue
- Provisional Structure: $4K–$5K per active month until cumulative billings reach 50% of projected revenue (within first six months)
- Once Threshold is Reached: Discounted percentage-based pricing applies going forward
- Annual Fee Cap: $55K within a rolling 12-month period
Custom structures available for builders exceeding $2M annually.
