Licensed GC. Licensed electrical.
One structure. Government-ready.
GC Launchpad self-performs licensed general contracting, electrical systems, and low-voltage work under a single licensed structure, operated by a licensed GC and Electrical Engineer with experience across government, institutional, and commercial projects.
Backed by a compliance and documentation system built for regulated environments, GCLP is structured to support set-aside work with primes or operate as a qualified prime.
Licensed, registered, and actively pursuing set-asides.

The people behind the work.

Serena Bhaduri built GC Launchpad's compliance and documentation infrastructure from the ground up — the operational backbone supporting licensed project execution, contractor oversight, and government contracting readiness. She holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College.
Her background includes structuring complex commercial partnerships and multi-party agreements, with direct experience working alongside legal and compliance teams in regulated environments. She developed the company's systems governing contract execution, payment workflows, milestone documentation, and audit controls.
At GCLP, she leads company-wide decision-making across project approval, contract structure, pricing, and compliance oversight — and serves as the primary point of contact for contracting and procurement inquiries.

Igor Inkov is the licensed general contractor of record for GC Launchpad, holding active GC and electrical licenses in Florida and New York. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and brings 15+ years of field experience across commercial, institutional, and government projects.
He is responsible for technical execution within approved project scopes, including field coordination, subcontractor oversight, permitting, inspections, and delivery across multiple trades.
His experience includes electrical systems, low-voltage infrastructure, structured cabling, security systems, building automation, and data center environments — including work requiring compliance with public procurement standards and regulatory oversight.
Built for primes, JVs, and set-aside contracts.
Whether you need a set-aside partner, a capable subcontractor, or a licensed prime to anchor a joint venture, GCLP is structured for government contracting — including the documentation and audit compliance that most small contractors can't deliver.
